Privacy Policy

In General

Any contact, shipping, and/or billing information provided to Redpants is used solely for those purposes.

Redpants does not share customer information with anyone except in the case that:
1) The information is required for completion of an order, or
2) The information is required for accounting purposes, or
3) The customer approves of the information being shared, or
4) As required by law.

Redpants does share customer information with our distributors for the purpose of order fulfillment.

Redpants does share customer information with our tax and accounting services for those purposes.

Redpants does not share payment information with anyone.

Redpants does not share any customer information for the purpose of marketing.

Redpants does not retain credit card or other payment information, nor will it ever be requested outside of the ordering form in the Online Store or for payment of a custom invoice. Payments for a custom invoice will be submitted directly to that invoice – Redpants will not request the payment information separately.

Information Collection and Usage

Other information may be collected during the use of the Redpants website or Online Store. This information includes IP addresses, location information, site navigation, and any information input by the user. The information collected is for the uses stated within the In General section of this Privacy Policy, as well as for administrative and analytic use within Redpants. Access to this information is restricted solely to site administrators and is shared on a strict “need to know” basis.

Personal Identifiable Information

Information collected that is of a personal identifiable nature (also called PII) is used for the purposes of order processing and fulfillment. This information is not used for direct marketing, nor is it shared beyond its specific use of order processing and fulfillment. In some cases, PII may be used for fraud prevention or fraud reporting.

Browsing / Activity Information

The collection of information about a user’s browsing activity is strictly limited to the Redpants website and Online Store. Redpants does not collect any browsing or activity information outside of the Redpants website or Online Store. Information about browsing and activity within the Redpants website or Online Store is used for internal analytics to help determine what is and is not of interest to Redpants customers so the Redpants website and Online Store, and their contents, structure, and design, can be improved to provide users and customers a better experience.

Redpants does not share or sell any user, customer, or other information to third parties.
