Before the AMR clutch package was released, Stuart over at VelocityAP was hard at work taking care of the weak clutch complaints of us V8 Vantage owners. His solution? A V12’s clutch paired with a lightweight flywheel!
I’ve had this setup in my grey Vantage for a while now and it really does have a huge impact on the car. The engine is more responsive and lively, the clutch pedal far lighter and easier to work during long drives, and the twin-plate design far more robust and long-lasting than the standard single-plate clutch.
For those of you with Sportshift cars, this setup works beautifully! Here’s a great summary:

I get hear a lot of complaints about Sportshift cars, and everyone I’ve talked to with that transmission and this clutch package has been very happy with the results.
Included in this package is all the hardware needed for installation, but the clutch line needs to be flushed so I’d also recommend ordering a bottle of brake fluid as well.
