These fit the V8 Vantage from 2012.5 through 2018. Partway into the 2012 model year (at “MY12.25”) the front brake system were changed to larger rotors and 6-piston calipers. The rotors do not fit the earlier 4-piston brake caliper setup.
The 2-piece rotors for the V8 Vantage S are dimensionally the same as these, so you can save money by “downgrading” your V8VS rotors to these. Likewise, you can upgrade the brakes of a based V8 Vantage by switching to the 2-piece rotors from the V8VS.
Expect high shipping costs – brake rotors are very heavy so shipping is pretty expensive.
