This is Aston Martin’s factory fill for their manual and SportShift transaxles. It was developed bespoke for Aston Martin by Castrol to alleviate the cold-shift issues that many owners complained about with the original Shell transaxle oil.

This gear oil is suitable for manual and Sportshift transmissions. It is not automatic transmission fluid (ATF) and should not be used in automatic transmissions.

This product is sold in 1-liter bottles. You’ll need 5 liters for the V8 Vantage’s 6-speed transaxle.
The bottles for both Motul Gear 300 and Castrol BOT270A have an extending nozzle, so you can fill your gearbox without a pump!
